Custom Field Visibility Control in Sales Dialer Campaigns

Idea Summary:
In the current Sales Dialer setup, once custom fields are mapped to a campaign, all available custom fields become visible, even those not relevant to that specific campaign. This can lead to unnecessary clutter and confusion for agents.

Proposed Improvement:
Introduce an option to control the visibility of custom fields on a per-campaign basis—so only the fields specifically mapped to a campaign are shown during calls. This would streamline the agent experience and ensure they focus only on the relevant information.

Benefit:

  • Improved usability and clarity for agents

  • Cleaner UI within the dialer
