Request to group saved SMS replies by category and sort them alphabetically

Customer has requested that the saved replies for SMS be organized into categories and sorted alphabetically instead of by date of creation. They have also expressed interest to be able to create their own categories for easier use. These categories would include text templates for communicating with their clients, leads, informational purposes, and appointments. They would like each category to be grouped together for a more user-friendly experience.
