Feature Request: Modify the SMS bot functionality to either auto-close conversations after an automated or bulk SMS is sent, or allow the bot to respond to keyword triggers in open conversations. This enhancement would improve the bot's effectiveness in handling client responses.

    Completely agree, the current set-up of the bot makes it almost unusable.
