Missed call gives option to SMS instead

I saw a really cool option the other day. I called into a business, and they missed my call, as they were either out of the office or away from their desks, and instead of that being the end of it, a minute after I hung up from that call, I received an SMS asking if I'd like to SMS with the business instead and I thought that was really smart and convenient. The SMS just said to reply back to this SMS number and we could pick up the conversation that way when someone was available.
