Contacts sync between team members

Users should have the option to choose whether they can share contacts. If they can, they should also be able to select which team member they would like to share the contact with. We receive numerous queries about how to do this. This feature could also be managed through custom roles by the account owner or the admin, determining who can share contacts and who cannot.
