To improve the management of shared inboxes, we suggest adding a “Last SMS Replied” filter. This feature would allow your team to easily track and respond to messages that leads have recently replied to.

• The “Last SMS Replied” filter shows all messages where a lead has replied, ensuring no messages are overlooked.
• Once someone on your team replies to a message, it is automatically removed from this filter.
• The goal is to have zero unreplied messages in your inbox, ensuring that all leads receive timely responses.
