SMS Routing Based on Number Prefix

A customer has requested a feature to route SMS based on the prefix of the sender's number. For example, if the user receives an SMS from a UK number (with a +44 prefix) and has a UK number in their JustCall account, the SMS should be routed directly to the corresponding +44 number in JustCall.
