The user is looking to assign the Missed Calls and Voicemails to the Deal Owner in Pipedrive.
When this feature becomes available and is enabled under Pipedrive Integration Settings, JustCall searches for a deal linked to the contact in Pipedrive, then attributes the Missed Call and Voicemail activities to the Pipedrive user owning that deal (Deal Owner).
If a deal is not found, JustCall then looks for the Pipedrive user who owns that contact (Contact Owner) and attributes the Missed Call and Voicemail activities to that user.
