As agents, we are often on the phone and try our best not to miss calls. However, if we are already on a call and another one comes in, it automatically forwards to our team. Unfortunately, we don’t get a notification about the incoming call not really a "missed call" while we’re on the line. If the team doesn’t tag us or inform us about the call, we may not even realize we need to follow up.
Is it possible to tag someone directly in Follow Up Boss (our CRM) from the NOTES section in JustCall, instead of having to exit JustCall and then manually tag the client in Follow Up Boss? everything else syncs except this
