The user is unable to see the unread message badge in the JC app that used to come as a pop-up notification in the mobile app in the earlier version.
We know that this has been deprecated but a lot of users are requesting for it-
The unread message badge feature is now available in the latest JustCall app!
Please update to the latest version.
