Team member be able to view live calls on the Dashboard without SMS's being accessible to the other team members

  1. Detailed Explanation of the Request: We changed the scope of the role (To all team members) so that all the team members can have access to view the live calls on the dashboard, but this change now displays all the SMSs in the team to all the team members. The user does not want the SMSs to be accessible to all team members, but the team members should also be able to view the live calls on the dashboard.

  2. Use-case: To view the live calls on the dashboard while the SMSs for the entire team are not accessible to other team members.

  3. Expectations: To view live calls while not being able to access SMSs for the entire team.
