Currently, the "Elevate Customer Support: Seamlessly Log Calls in New and Existing Tickets in HubSpot (Service Hub)" setting logs calls to an existing ticket associated with the contact. If no existing ticket is found, JustCall creates a new ticket for the first call, and subsequent calls to the same contact are then logged in the previously created ticket.
The user, however, wants the setting to only log calls in existing tickets without creating new tickets. If no existing ticket is found against the contact, no new ticket creation should happen
