A user has requested the ability to duplicate an existing Bulk SMS campaign in JustCall. This feature would streamline their workflow by allowing them to reuse campaign settings—especially the message content—without needing to recreate everything from scratch.
User Need:
Currently, when a user wants to send a similar campaign to a different set of contacts, they need to manually:
Re-enter the message body
Configure campaign settings (like timing)
Upload the new contact list
This process is repetitive and time-consuming, especially when running similar campaigns frequently.
Proposed Feature:
A “Duplicate” or “Clone” option next to each existing campaign.
When clicked, it should:
Copy the message body and previously used settings (e.g., timing, sender ID, etc.).
Allow the user to upload a new contact list.
Optionally, allow edits to the message/timing before sending.

Saves time and effort for users running similar campaigns.
