Currently, we are required to manually update our availability status several times throughout the day, especially when we are in meetings or otherwise occupied. This manual process is prone to errors and omissions, as it’s easy to forget to change the status in real-time.
To improve efficiency and reduce the likelihood of missed updates, we propose implementing an automation that integrates with our calendar. The goal is to automatically set our status to “Unavailable” when we are marked as busy or in a meeting, and revert it once we are free.
This kind of automation would not only streamline our workflow but also ensure more accurate real-time availability for team members and clients.
