Allow Use of Hyphen (-) When Editing Number Name/Title

Detailed Explanation of the Request:
Currently, the system does not allow the use of hyphens (-) when editing the Name/Title of a number. This restriction was introduced after an earlier issue tracked under JIRA: VOICE-5448. However, this is now impacting naming consistency and usability for users.

Screenshot Example:
In the list of numbers, most names are formatted like:
TJ 469-902-8511
Shaylen 615-933-5611

However, when trying to edit another number (e.g., Shaylen 6156780115), the user is unable to add the hyphen in the title due to validation restrictions. This breaks formatting consistency and makes it harder to read or identify numbers quickly.

Use-case:
Teams prefer naming formats that include hyphens between number segments for better clarity and organization. Examples include:

  • Support-US 469-902-8511

  • Campaign-2 615-933-5611

This formatting is especially helpful in accounts with multiple numbers and users.

Expectations:
The user is requesting that the hyphen (-) be allowed in the Number Name/Title field to maintain consistency across all entries. They expect the system to only restrict truly harmful characters and allow commonly used, user-friendly characters like hyphens.
