This feature should support two configuration options:
Global Time Zone Enforcement:
Admins should be able to select a single time zone and enforce it across the entire account.
All team members will inherit this time zone setting, ensuring consistency in reporting, logs, and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
User-Level Time Zone Flexibility:
Alternatively, admins should have the option to allow team members to configure their own time zones based on individual roles, shift timings, or geographic distribution.
This flexibility would allow businesses to maintain operational accuracy while still offering customization based on their specific workflows.
