Currently, invoices are only sent via email when there is a pending bill, and only to the primary account email. Users need to log into the billing section to view newly generated invoices, and there’s no way to include other recipients (e.g., finance or accounting teams).
Many businesses have dedicated billing or finance departments that require direct access to invoices. Manually downloading and forwarding invoices from the platform adds friction and increases the chance of missed or delayed payments.
Users should be able to add one or more additional email addresses to receive billing invoices automatically. Each time an invoice is generated (regardless of payment status), it should be emailed to all listed addresses.
