Enable Default Email Notifications for Incoming SMS from Alphanumeric Numbers

Currently, users must enable the Incoming Text Notification toggle to receive email notifications for SMS, including those sent from alphanumeric numbers.

We propose enabling email notifications for incoming SMS from alphanumeric numbers by default, without requiring users to toggle the setting.

Why this is important:

• Users often prefer not to receive email notifications for all incoming SMS.

• Alphanumeric sender messages are usually high-priority (e.g., banking, OTPs, system alerts).

• Automatically notifying users via email for such messages ensures they don’t miss critical communication while avoiding unnecessary notifications for regular messages.
