With the recent platform update, the Download/Export button for Team Availability logs (Audit Logs → Team Availability) has disappeared.
Previously, admins could export the full availability logs into Excel/CSV format directly from the Team Availability page. This feature is crucial for:
Tracking agent shifts and availability offline
Performing custom analysis in Excel
Sharing data with management or compliance teams
At present, the only way to access this data is to view it online or request a manual export via Support. This adds delays and limits customers’ ability to self-serve their reports.
