“Export/Download” option for Team Availability logs

With the recent platform update, the Download/Export button for Team Availability logs (Audit Logs → Team Availability) has disappeared.

Previously, admins could export the full availability logs into Excel/CSV format directly from the Team Availability page. This feature is crucial for:

  • Tracking agent shifts and availability offline

  • Performing custom analysis in Excel

  • Sharing data with management or compliance teams

At present, the only way to access this data is to view it online or request a manual export via Support. This adds delays and limits customers’ ability to self-serve their reports.
