Option to change opt-out template in bulk SMS

The option to opt-out is required but has a set template of "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" which doesn't make sense for everyone, as we are not a subscription service. Would be good to have other options like "Reply STOP to opt-out" so they can opt out of that individual promotion
