We need SLA for SMS responses. We need to be able to set an SLA for our team and then report on it to know that SMS incoming are being responded to within XX seconds or X minutes. I have asked about this feature before and was told it was in consideration but have no update.
Your company also owns Helpwise, which has this feature so we know it can be done, but we need it within JustCall because we don't want our team working out of 2 systems and when we use Helpwise the SMS that are sent there from JustCall numbers do not show as read in JustCall which is confusing to the team.

This is a good idea and is pretty much a standard in many of the SMS providers I have worked with. Excited for this to come to fruition!!!
Ya this has been a big problem for us. This has us exploring other softwares that measure SLA on one software because JustCall isn't capable of this.
Wow!!! This would be a game changer and make us increase the amount of seats we buy to increase more sales and increase our likelihood to remain customers!
