Requesting the ability to log incoming and outgoing calls against custom fields or custom modules they have created within Zoho — for example, custom Contact or Lead records that do not belong to Zoho’s default modules.
Currently, JustCall only supports call logging to Zoho’s standard modules (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, etc.). When customers use custom-built modules or custom lookup fields to store their own contact/lead data, the system is unable to automatically associate or log calls to these custom records.
