Automated SMS opens conversation causing inbound replies to bypass Unread inbox

When an automated outbound SMS is sent (via HubSpot or other workflows), the conversation is opened in JustCall. Any subsequent inbound replies from the customer are grouped under Conversations (with replies) instead of appearing in the Unread inbox, even though the reply itself remains unread.
This results in agents missing new messages when relying primarily on the Unread view, with no current configuration available to change this behavior.
