Feature Request: Shared Number Access to After-Hours Activity
Currently, only the number owner or admins can view missed calls and voicemails that come in after business hours. Team members who have shared access to the number cannot see this activity unless they have admin permissions.
Request: Team members with shared access to a number be able to view all missed calls and voicemails — including those received after business hours — without requiring admin access.
If a number is shared with a team member, they should automatically have visibility into all call activity for that number.
This will improve response times, accountability, and overall client experience in team-based workflows.
