SIP phone should ring when an extension is dialed.

The user has a phone number that is assigned to them and he has set up a SIP phone, but when the extension is dialled it does not ring on the SIP phone. Currently, we do not have that feature available and the user seemed to be disappointed and is looking to have this feature available.
