After call work should reflect its value in one standard unit for ease of analysis.

Currently, when exporting the team member analytics report, the After-call metric is displayed in the format 1m 7s. This format makes it difficult to aggregate or create a Pivot table in a spreadsheet. It would be more convenient if this data were shown in one standard unit. That is instead of 1m 7s it should reflect as 67 seconds.

      It would be very helpful to have this value output with a single unit type (i.e. seconds) similar to the "Duration (seconds)" value outputs in the same report. Having three unit types within a single cell (hours, minutes, and seconds) makes the data difficult to work with when exporting.
