You can monitor calls and traffic from the dashboard. You can click MONITOR. Great. HOWEVER, for recent calls, you can not click it and then get the data from the call. Ideally should be clickable to see the dispositions, notes, CRM connection, Transcript, Ai. ect.
There are a lot of things on all of the dashboard which should just simply link to the items they are referencing. That would be a huge improvement in UX. Thank you,
