The out-of-office automated messages that are sent when out of business hours are marked as read. This means we will not have track of all the SMS that were received during this period. We require a way to keep them unread when the messages have not been viewed and received during out-of-office hours.
Please develop a fix for this. We are missing inbound SMS because our office sends out automated texts for appointment reminders via Active Campaign through Just Call. When our automated text is sent and we happen to have an unread inbound text from the individual, it marks the message thread as read and we ultimately miss responding to the individual because it doesn't appear as unread.
This applies to all the automated texts that are sent as well.
