Increase the number of agents that could monitor a call

As of now, since only one agent can monitor the call, users are getting an error when they are trying to monitor the call, stating that the call they are trying to monitor is being monitored by someone else.

Can we increase the number of agents that could monitor a call? That would be helpful, thanks.
