Ability to minimize the Windows dialer to the system tray instead of the taskbar

Currently the dialer minimizes to the taskbar only, which clutters the taskbar and takes up valuable space when the dialer is not in use.

Our reps must use an external freeware called MinimizeToTray to minimize to the system tray, but this can only be done with additional keyboard shortcuts, which is a pain.
