possibility to assign local presense in Sales Dialer not to all users, but to selected ones. Same with phone numbers

Business Case: Our sales process involves a two-tier system where we have qualification agents and closing agents. Currently, we use direct Caller IDs from regular JustCall numbers in our Sales Dialer, as we primarily handle inbound leads who have requested contact. This setup allows customers to call back directly to the specific agent's personal phone number.

Current Challenge: The existing Local Presence feature can only be enabled globally across all agents. This creates a significant workflow issue:

  • Lead qualification agents need Local Presence functionality with specific phone numbers to improve initial contact rates

  • Closing agents need to maintain their direct numbers for callbacks from interested leads

  • When Local Presence is enabled globally, customers call back to incorrect agents, disrupting our sales process and potentially affecting conversion rates

Requested Feature: We propose implementing selective Local Presence configuration that would allow:

  1. Enabling Local Presence for specific agents or agent groups

  2. Assigning dedicated phone number sets for Local Presence use

  3. Maintaining regular direct numbers for agents who need consistent callback numbers

This enhancement would:

  • Optimize initial contact rates for qualification teams

  • Preserve direct communication channels for closing teams

  • Improve overall sales workflow efficiency

  • Reduce misdirected callbacks and potential lead loss

Would greatly appreciate consideration of this feature enhancement to support more complex sales team structures and workflows.
