Default number under the dialer changes based on the country being called

The user wants for the dialer to change the default number they are dialling from based on the country they are making a call to provided that they have the country's number available in their account.

For example, if they have both US and Canadian numbers and when they choose to dial either country, the dialer should automatically detect the country and change the number.
