Need drag-and-drop feature in the Sales Dialer UI to rearrange dispositions

The user wants an option to rearrange dispositions in the Sales Dialer settings. Right now, there is no way to organize them, except by deleting and adding them again, which takes a lot of time. They need the ability to sort or move them alphabetically or in a custom order.

Use Case:
When a new disposition is added, it appears at the bottom of the list. The user manages 500+ campaigns along with their re-runs, making manual reordering inefficient. They consider this a fundamental feature that should be available by default.

Expectation:
The user requests a drag-and-drop functionality to move dispositions to different positions. Additionally, they would like an option to automatically sort them alphabetically or in a preferred order.
