Remove the check box of DNCA in Sales Dialer.

The user wants to remove the DNCA checkbox in the Sales Dialer that appears after calls.

Agents are mistakenly marking calls as DNCA, even though it is already set up under their disposition. To prevent this from being misused, they need to disable it.
