Voice Bot for IVR

Was wondering if a feature like a LIVE bot on IVR can be created using AI that could pickup key words and answer customer queries. This will lead to shorter query resolution time for our org, and if the AI fails to resolve the query the customer can press "x" to connect with a support agent.
