Adding Filters for Reattempts on Sales Dialer

The request is for the implementation of a filter feature within the View Contacts section under the Campaign tab and in the Call Logs. This filter would provide the ability to sort and view contacts based on the following criteria:

  1. To Be Reattempted: This filter would allow users to easily identify contacts that are still pending reattempts, helping them focus on the contacts that need further action.

  2. Number of Reattempts: This would display how many times each contact has already been reattempted, making it easier to track the progress of each contact’s attempt cycle. This data would help in assessing whether a contact is close to reaching their maximum reattempts.

  3. Reattempt Maxed Out: This filter would show contacts whose maximum allowed reattempts have been reached. This would be useful for quickly identifying contacts that should no longer be contacted or that need a different approach.

Having these filters in place will allow users to analyze the data more effectively and make informed decisions on which contacts to add or prioritize for reattempts based on their status. This feature will ultimately improve the ability to manage contact lists and ensure that the right contacts are being followed up with in the most efficient manner.
