Include Disposition Group Name in HubSpot Call Logs for Sales Dialer

Currently, when a call is made using the JustCall Sales Dialer, only the disposition name is logged in HubSpot. In contrast, calls made via the main JustCall dialer include both the disposition group name and the disposition name in the log. This inconsistency in logging format poses challenges for users who rely on standardized data for automation workflows in HubSpot.


Customer Use Case:
The customer uses HubSpot automations triggered by call activity. A key part of their logic is based on the disposition information logged after each call. To ensure consistency and maintainable workflows, they use the same set of disposition groups and values across both the JustCall and JustCall Sales Dialer platforms.


Challenges Faced:

The inconsistent format makes it difficult to build reliable automation logic in HubSpot.
Without the group name, the customer loses an important layer of organization that helps agents quickly find the right disposition.


Including the group name increases flexibility and predictability in both the user experience and automation configuration.


Standardizing the logging format across both dialers would simplify system maintenance and improve overall usability.

Requested Enhancement:
Log both the disposition group name and the disposition name in HubSpot for calls made using the JustCall Sales Dialer, matching the logging format used by the main JustCall dialer.
