Title: Feature Request: Add "Date Added to DNC" and "Added By" Columns in Sales Dialer UI
Summary:
The Sales Dialer UI currently lacks visibility into when a contact was added to the Do Not Call (DNC) list and by which team member. This limitation makes it difficult to audit, track actions, or understand the context behind a contact being flagged as DNC, especially during campaign reviews or customer queries.
Requested Feature Enhancements:
Add the following columns to the DNC list view in SayStyle:
Date Added to DNC
Shows the exact date and time the contact was marked as DNC
If possible, include the campaign name from which the DNC action originated
Added By
Displays the name or email of the team member who added the contact to the DNC list manually or through campaign actions
Expected Outcome:
Improved visibility and accountability for DNC management
Feature parity with JustCall’s DNC list that includes similar details
