Allow calls to be logged as standalone activities in Salesforce

Currently, if a call is made before a number is saved in Salesforce, the activity may not be synced at all. This leads to a loss of important call metrics such as duration, call outcome, and the total number of calls made especially if the rep enters the contact into Salesforce only after the call is completed.
