Currently, JustCall AI only allows call transcript downloads one by one, which is very time-consuming when reviewing months’ worth of calls. I requested to download all transcripts for a specific agent (e.g., Glynda) across May, June, and July 2025, but was told that no solution exists yet — not even through the API.
This feature would significantly improve workflow efficiency for managers and compliance teams who need to audit large volumes of calls. Ideally, a bulk export function should allow users to:

Select all results
Download transcripts in a single file (ZIP or CSV+TXT format)
