Title: Feature Request – Visual Notification for New Voicemail in Desktop App
Description:
Currently, the JustCall desktop app does not provide a real-time visual notification or alert when a new voicemail is received. Users are required to manually check the Voicemail tab under Logs to see if there are any new messages.
As shown in the attached screenshot, voicemails are listed under the "Voicemail" tab, but there is no proactive desktop alert that notifies the user as soon as a new voicemail is received.
Impact:
This lack of notification may lead to delayed responses to important voicemails, especially if users are not regularly checking the Logs section. This affects customer responsiveness and overall efficiency in communication workflows.
Requested Enhancement:
Add a visual desktop notification (similar to call or message alerts) when a new voicemail is received.
Ideally, the notification should include:
The caller's name or number
A brief message like “You have a new voicemail”
A clickable action to take the user directly to the voicemail log
Benefit:
This would significantly improve user experience and responsiveness, especially for teams that heavily rely on voicemail communication.
