Add the ability to automatically add text to your FIRST SMS only to comply with SMS protocols

It should be put in the SMS settings area with the other signatures, etc. This is important, as you want to send the "Send STOP if you would like to stop receiving messages" to the first SMS automatically, but not every one of them.
