In the regular JustCall dialer, there's a powerful feature that allows call dispositions to be directly mapped to specific Pipedrive activity types. This helps our team automatically create the right type of follow-up actions in Pipedrive based on how a call ended — for example, "Interested - Appointment Set" can trigger an activity labeled as an appointment task.
However, this functionality is currently missing in the Sales Dialer, which is where we manage high-volume outbound campaigns. While we can log basic call data to Pipedrive, we can’t map Sales Dialer dispositions to Pipedrive activities using the native integration. This severely limits automation and adds manual overhead.
I would like to request support for the following:
Enable mapping of Sales Dialer call outcomes/dispositions to specific Pipedrive activity types, similar to how it works with the regular dialer.
Ideally allow this through an "Advanced Settings" section in the Pipedrive integration configuration for Sales Dialer.
Ensure that the correct activity type, label, and notes are passed into Pipedrive based on the selected disposition.
