Display Custom Fields on Dialer to Differentiate Priority Customers

Requesting the ability to display custom fields (e.g., tags like “P1”, “VIP”, etc.) on the JustCall dialer interface to help agents instantly identify high-priority customers.

Proposed Solution:

  • Allow mapping of one or more custom fields from CRM (e.g., tags, status, or custom labels) to be visible directly on the dialer UI.

  • fields can be configurable so users can choose which ones to display (e.g., Priority Level, Account Type).

  • Optional: Enable a visual badge or highlight (e.g., red/yellow flag, P1 label) based on the value of that custom field.

This would improve agent awareness, prioritization, and response time—especially in support and success teams dealing with service-level agreements or premium clients.
