We’re using the Sales Dialer (Power Dialer) for outbound calling, and we need an option to automatically play a ‘This call is being recorded’ disclaimer at the start of each call. This is a legal requirement in our region, and it’s frustrating that there’s no built-in way to handle this.
Right now, our agents have to manually inform the contact once the call connects, but this isn’t scalable or reliable—especially when we're making hundreds of calls a day. Mistakes happen, and missing the disclaimer can put us at legal risk. It feels like a basic compliance feature that should be included.
We’re requesting the ability to configure an automatic recording disclaimer that plays as soon as the call is answered, before the agent starts speaking. Ideally, we should be able to upload our own message or choose from a standard one.
