AMD settings - Campaign specific

Currently, AMD settings are applied globally across the entire JustCall account. This limits flexibility when managing multiple campaigns with varying requirements for voicemail handling.

Making AMD settings configurable at the campaign level. This would allow teams to:

  • Enable or disable AMD on a per-campaign basis

  • Set unique voicemail handling strategies tailored to each campaign

  • Improve overall campaign performance and customer experience by aligning AMD behaviour with specific use cases

  • Attach files
