Currently, Click-to-Dial calls initiated from Zoho CRM are logged in the general JustCall call logs and synced to Zoho CRM, but they do not appear in Sales Dialer campaign logs. This creates a gap for users who want a unified view of all outbound activity in the Sales Dialer, regardless of whether calls are placed directly through the dialer or via CRM click-to-dial.
It would be valuable to have an enhancement that allows Click-to-Dial calls from Zoho CRM (and potentially other CRMs) to be logged in the relevant Sales Dialer campaign, ensuring complete call tracking and performance reporting. This would improve workflow efficiency and provide a single source of truth for campaign-related calls.
