Zapier Support for Tagging & Marking Conversations as Unread

Enable Zapier to perform the following actions on JustCall conversations:

  • Add specific tags

  • Mark conversations as unread

This will help customers streamline their workflows, track follow-ups efficiently, and reduce the risk of missed responses.

Description:

A customer has set up an automation in Zapier to send an SMS reply when a call is missed. However, once the SMS is sent, there is no clear indication in JustCall’s UI that a reply was sent, as the conversation does not appear as unread, nor is it tagged.
