Logistics with Appointment Scheduling

We book in person appointments at different locations in our city. We have found another AI Agent company that looks into the logistics when scheduling an appointment. For example, if there is one person already near the area where the caller is located, it will schedule the appointment near that slot if available, so that travel time is more reasonable.
