Lock Phone Number field

Feature Request:
Please update the system to ensure that the phone number field in account settings (and anywhere else it appears) is locked and not editable for staff members.

Reason:
Locking this field will help maintain data consistency and prevent accidental or unauthorized changes to critical account information.
